# Shipping policy

## Timelines
Standard shipping is **3-5 business days** in the contiguous US. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories add 2-4 days.

## Tracking
All shipments include tracking. Customers can find tracking in their order confirmation email or by replying to support with their order number.

## Lost or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated in 7 days, file a claim with the carrier and offer a reshipment after carrier confirmation.
