# Refund policy

## Timing
Refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. Once processed, banks typically take **5 to 10 business days** to post the credit to the customer's account.

## Eligibility
- Refund requests within **30 days of delivery** are accepted as standard.
- Requests **after 30 days** require manual review (refund_exception) — never auto-approve.
- Customer must have the original order ID or registered email.

## Communicating to customer
Use the customer's first name. Reference the refund processed date and the expected window. Do not promise a specific posting date — banks vary.
