# Cancellation policy

## Pre-shipment
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled and refunded in full, no questions asked.

## Post-shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. The customer must wait for delivery and then initiate a return per the return policy.

## What to tell the customer
Always confirm the order status from CheckoutChamp before promising cancellation. Include the expected refund window if cancelled.
